Is it Lycra?
Is it a Tube Top?
Is it Empire Waisted/Baby Doll?
Has it been accented by a Bedazzler/sequins?
Is it SoCal Brand?
If you ansewer yes to all of these (and you should be) you're well on your way to being fashion forward.

For men It's all about pattern and color.
